2 bedrooms and a loft. A bricked hearth and gas log fireplace.

fire place. Sleeps 10-12 people.1 queen bed, 6 twin beds,
2 pull out sofas, room for cots. Check out time is11:00 a.m.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a refund of your deposit. A $10.00 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. Late arrivals/early departures: If you arrive later than your scheduled arrrival date or leave before your scheduled departure date there will be no adjustment to the bill. Payment is necessary for the entire time you reserved. Deposit policy: A deposit for a one night stay is required.Deposits are due at least 14 days before the arrival date.
