The Farmhouse is a perfect spot for a family get together. It includes 5 bedrooms, a large eat in kitchen, dining room, and living room. It features cable tv, and a deck with a fantastic view out on to Back Lake. One queen, 2 doubles, and 5 twins are the beds, with cots available to sleep more.

Children 14 and under are $15.00 each.
Children 2 and under are free.

9% New Hampshire Rooms Tax Must Be Added.

DEPOSIT POLICY: Deposit of one night's stay is required, which will be applied to the last night of your reservation. Deposits are due within 10 days of making the reservation. Confirmations will be emailed as soon as deposit has been received.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to your arrival date for a refund of your deposit. If less than 10 days notification is given, a refund will only be issued for the days rebooked. THERE IS A $10.00 CANCELLATION FEE!

PET POLICY: Pets are allowed, but must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after. $8.00 per animal, per night. An additional $50.00 will be charged if you do not clean up behind your animal. Any damage caused by your pet will be charged to your bill. No animal is to be left unattended in the cabin.

NOTE: Some cabins have a required minimum number of guests and/or length of stay.
